Decorating the location of your wedding ceremony and reception is one of our specialties. Pooh Corner Farm has decorated gardens, private homes, churches, gazebos, covered bridges, Ski Esta, The Glenn House, Granite Ridge, The Bethel Inn, Jordan Grand, Summit Hotel, and even the Peak Lodge at the top of North Peak! We will deliver to any location, just ask!

When you’re ready to schedule a consultation, please fill out our Wedding Inquiry Form. We will then get in touch with you to schedule a consultation which can either be in-person at the flower shop or over the phone. Consultations are 30 minutes to an hour and held Tuesday-Friday (limited Saturday availability) between 9am and 5pm.

We generally recommend that you arrange a consultation 6-12 months prior to your wedding. However, if you’re wedding is on a holiday weekend or during the fall, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible to see about date availability. Before scheduling a consultation, it’s best to have a general idea of your color palette, wedding party size, number of centerpieces, ceremony décor and any venue parameters that need to be followed. It’s never too early to start looking at inspiration photos or create a Pinterest board of wedding flowers you like.

Bring in any inspiration that you want to embrace and embody in your wedding floral designs. Couples bring in everything from photos and screenshots to fabric swatches, and color palettes.

We require a 50% deposit which includes a non-refundable $100 booking fee. Until a deposit is made, the order is not considered guaranteed, and the date is not held. We encourage you to make your deposit as soon as possible so that your estimate and event date are secured with Pooh Corner Farm.

We do not offer preset packages. We’ve found every couples’ needs are different and we’re happy to work with you to learn about what you envision for your wedding.

Each floral budget is as unique as the couples we work with. That is why each is quoted individually to create designs to enhance your wedding regardless of budget. Prices are dependent on the flowers themselves, the quantity, and the seasonality. We can make recommendations to create arrangements that will achieve your desired look while remaining within your budget. If you have a budget in mind, please let us know! It makes the whole process go smoothly to be upfront with your budget.

Yes, we have risers and stands that are available for rent.

Yes, we offer delivery and set-up! Your wedding day should be as stress free as possible. Pooh Corner Farm delivers to all wedding ceremony and reception sites within the Western Maine/Eastern New Hampshire areas, including The Bethel Inn, Sunday River, Ski Esta, The Glen House, The Heights, and Granite Ridge. We often delivery across the state of Maine and New England, just ask! We also offer customer pick-up at the shop for smaller orders or smaller budgets.

Yes, once we have received a paid deposit, we can schedule a bouquet prototype if you’re interested. The cost of a protype is the quoted price. Please note that some flowers aren’t always available for prototypes due to seasonality.
